Intelligent polarization maintaining fiber alignment system designed by Shenzhen Neofibo Technology Limited, is suitable for single and multi-core PM fiber alignment, accurately measuring the angle of PM fiber alignment, with the option of triggered measurement mode and continuous measurement mode; high-definition camera and internal and external light sources to ensure clear imaging of the optical fiber end-face, to ensure the accurate alignment of the catenary, and efficiently carry out the operation of dispensing or replenishment, and finally complete the heating and pre-curing. Adjustable angle of 0-360°, automatic production and storage of measurement data report.

- Can be used for single multi-core polarization preserving fiber and FA fiber array alignment, accurate measurement of polarization preserving fiber alignment angle, efficient alignment;
- Single magnification or multi-magnification objective lens can be selected, trigger measurement mode and continuous measurement mode can be selected;
- High-definition CCD camera, optical magnification 100-800 times adjustable;
- On-line detection of the deviation of axial squareness, measurement and recognition accuracy of 0.001 degree;
- Internal and external light sources to ensure clear imaging of the end face of the bias-preserving fiber;
- 600x500mm optical platform is convenient for system expansion, online heating curing or UV curing function is optional;
- Adjustment angle of rotary axis is 0~360 degrees;
