Product Description
FCC-AS-12C Multi-core Fiber Optic Cutting Machine adopts a high-speed brushless rotary motor to drive the grinding wheel slicing, and cuts and removes the appropriate amount of exposed fiber optic and its epoxy resin adhesive package on the front surface of the cured product. The height of the fiber and the epoxy resin package is unified for easy clamping and polishing in the later process, which improves the efficiency and consistency of the products. Simple structure, easy to operate, and can be good to prevent the protection of optical fiber on the personnel caused by the injury. The newly upgraded equipment is equipped with a speed control function, which can flexibly adjust the cutting speed according to different optical fiber materials, characteristics of the rubber packages and specific processing needs, so as to realize more refined and personalized processing and meet diversified production scenarios.
