Product Desperation：
BPJ-3020 Used for the production of prefabricated end-to-end butterfly skinned fiber optic cable patch cords, stripping the LSZH/PVC outer jacket according to the required length and cutting off FRP or steel wire reinforcing components. Instead of manually borrowing the wire stripper and wire stripper cut stripping action, the operator only needs to insert the cable into the machine, the machine built-in sensor senses the fiber optic cable that is the start of the peeling of the outer skin and cut the reinforcing parts of the action.

- This machine adopts PLC + photoelectric sensor switch control system, precise control, simple and easy to understand operation;
- Feeding, cutting, clamping, pushing the material head continuous action of the executive device for the cylinder, fast, simple and reliable structure;
- Not counting the feeding and other auxiliary time, a peeling and cutting cycle time of about 1.5s, per minute can be completed about 20 skin cable cutting and peeling;
- Special size leather cable, such as beyond the standard 3 (s 0.1) x 2 (s 0.1) can be customized tool.
